FAQ's
When will my order ship?
All of our items are made to order. Our processing time is generally 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping time.
How do I leave personalization details for my custom engraving?
All of our engraved pieces have the option to add a personalized engraving before adding it to your cart (the personalization section is usually right above the “Add to cart” button). If you need to make any additional notes and clarify, enter exactly what you'd like to have engraved in the notes section at checkout. It must be one of our engraved pieces, we’re not able to engrave on all of our pieces.
I'm allergic to certain metals, do any of your items contain nickel?
No, all of our items are 100% nickel free!
What is your jewelry made of?
Each item will list the material(s) it’s made of in the description. Most of our pieces are gold-filled, gold vermeil, or sterling silver.
Overall we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, lotions, soaps and perfumes to keep it looking nice and new. If it does come into contact with water (or a lot of sweat if you wear it while exercising), make sure it's dried off really well afterwards. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean it, and store it in a dry place.
I want to wear my jewelry everyday, which finish do you recommend?
Gold-filled is our favorite for everyday wear. The layer of gold on the surface is about 100 times thicker than your average gold-plating, and it does well in water. You can wash your hands with our gold-filled rings, you don’t need to take them off. We do recommend drying off your pieces after being exposed to water; with repeated exposure, your item can lose that brand new look that you'll want.
Do you accept returns?
Because all of our pieces are made to order, we don’t accept returns, but are happy to offer an exchange on unworn jewelry; it must be sent back within 15 days of you receiving your package. Send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send it in.
My tracking says “Delivered”, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
The best thing to do is contact your local post office with your tracking number and see what they can find. They'll be able to see which of their employees was on the route the day it was delivered, it's possible that they could have accidentally delivered it to a nearby mailbox.
There's also the chance they're holding the package for you at the post office if the mailbox was too small for the package to fit.
How do I take care of my jewelry? Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Overall we recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, lotions, soaps and perfumes to keep it looking nice and new. If it does come into contact with water (or a lot of sweat if you wear it while exercising), make sure it's dried off really well afterwards. Use a soft, untreated cloth to clean it, and store it in a dry place.
For more specific info:
*Gold-filled jewelry: Does fine exposed to water, but we recommend the item being dried off afterwards. With repeated exposure, your item can lose that brand new look that you'll want. It’s okay to use a polishing cloth every once in a while, such as a Sunshine Cloth.
*Sterling silver jewelry: Does best when worn everyday (even in the shower), or worn and stored immediately after use, in a dry place. Sterling silver is 92.5% fine silver, and 7.5% other metals like copper, which help make the silver harder, and more durable for jewelry. Tarnishing happens when the copper reacts to moisture and sulfur in the air. This can happen and is completely normal; it can be cleaned off easily with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush, and/or a polishing cloth, such as a Sunshine Cloth.
*Gold Vermeil Jewelry: We highly recommend taking your gold vermeil jewelry off before washing your hands, showering, or going to the pool. If it’s exposed to water, dry it off immediately after exposure with a soft untreated cloth. The lifespan for gold vermeil can be quite a few years if cared for properly. Repeated exposure to water and lotions can affect the lifespan of the gold finish. Never use a polishing cloth, as it can completely remove the finish.
*Gold-plated jewelry: We recommend it never touch water. If it does, make sure to dry it off well with a soft cloth. Never use a polishing cloth, as it can completely remove the finish.
